Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Window
You can return your Flamora product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Fuel (bio-ethanol) is not returnable for safety reasons.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Process

1. Email support@flamora.us with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

3. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Damaged/Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
